Symphony Towers
San Diego, California

The 565,000 square foot Symphony Towers building is cooled by two 550 ton chillers.

It was upgraded to an all-variable speed Hartman LOOP operation in 2002.

The cost of the upgrade to the Hartman LOOP was $ 425,000.00 and the annual savings generated is $165,000 annually. The cash on cash return on investment for the owner was 38%.
