What is the BAF?
The BAF is Optimum Energy’s form that gathers information that allows our engineers to determine a rough savings estimate if OptimumHVAC were to be installed.

Why you should fill out the BAF?
A completed BAF triggers our building engineers to do a quick assessment to see if your building is a candidate for OptimumHVAC. By adding OptimumHVAC as an overlay controller to your building automation system, your building can save between 30-60% on your HVAC energy consumption.

Why you should act now?
There is no time to lose. It only takes a few minutes to fill out and a week later a ROI report is delivered that not only acts as a preliminary building energy analysis, but also states how quickly you could start “making” money from the savings on your monthly electric bill. The typical retrofit project payback is 36 months or less while the Optimum Energy portion of a building upgrade is under 12 months.
